Why do we sell them with such low price ?
We do business through internet, so that we can minimize the cost to sell phones with lower price.
Do we keep stock in Canada ?
No. So we normally need customers to pay deposit first, and then we will ship the phone out world (Vancouver included). Customers need to pay the rest during in person pickup.
Where are the electronic devices shipped from ?
All shipped from Hong Kong where our central store locates.
Is Japanese Phones work with my country network ?
Different Countries may have different Network, please check carefully before making your final decision.
Is Japanese phones work with AWS with bands 1700/2100 ?
No, new service provide like Mobilicity, Wind and Videotron are using AWS network with Bands 1700/2100 which all Japanese phones do not support.
How Do I pay ?
We accept paypal (Not credit and debit card payments through paypal other than Canada and US), direct bank deposit and cash only. No cheque, no e-cheque, no money order. And we will ship only to paypal verified address ONLY. No exception.
Please be reminded that since our business doesn't involved ebay so we don't qualify for seller protection, so we only accept "personal payment". No exception. All payment under "purchase" categery will be refunded.
Can I pay deposit first and pay the rest when pickup phone?
Yes, but only in Vancouver. Buyers are required to pay 30% of the total amount for deposit and pay the rest when pickup the phone in person.
How much is the shipping charge ?
The price listed is already include the shipping cost, you don't need to pay extra shipping charge unless you live outside Canada and USA, or purchase extra accessories, so please contact us if you are live outside Canada and USA.
How long do I need to wait for the goods arrival ?
We will ship your goods through Hong Kong SpeedPost / FedEx / UPS / DHL / EMS ASAP once we confirmed your payment. Normally you will receive it within 2 weeks depend on how long the custom holding the phone. We will inform you through email with the tracking number when the order is shipped.

How is the Custom Charges ?
For items that are shipped internationally from Hong Kong, you may be charged import tax/duty when you receive the item. This will be buyer's responsibility to pay upon delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate the amount of import tax/fees for specific goods as local customs' decisions are beyond our control. Please be reminded that customs policies may vary amount countries and you should contact your local customs office before making any decision for buying our goods. Please be reassured we will do our utmost to legally minimize the tax for you.
